Our apartment was beautiful right by the centre, all attractions, and the square. Had early check in, we greatly enjoyed it. Staff was helpful and provided us with tea, coffee and a sofa set.

The rooms are reasonably spacious.
Staff is helpful and very, very nice. Beds are exceptionally comfortable. There's private bathroom, as for me it was modern. The location is marvellous and magnificent - short walk to the beautiful square and a shop.

The location of the apartments is great, right next to the Krakow city center and central station. The staff was really helpful and friendly. The room was spotless, well-designed, and had a lovely street view from the windows. The location is close to the main square, which is convenient.

The location of this apartment was absolutely perfect for exploring the city. It was very close to the main square and the old town, making it easy to walk everywhere. the apartment itself was lovely, with a beautiful bathroom and comfortable bed. the room was well equipped and spotless, and we even had a coffee maker. the convenience of having a code for both the front door and our room made check, in and check, out hassle, free.
That the shower drain had a problem and water didn't flow quickly enough, causing some flooding in the bathroom.

the apartment at Arts Apartments - Krakow Old Town was excellent, with all the amenities needed for a city break. It was incredibly clean and comfortable, and the staff were incredibly responsive and accommodating. They even allowed us early access and let us leave our luggage after we checked out. The apartment was conveniently located just a 7-minute walk from the square, through a lovely park. Cons: Almost perfect! 👌.
